The TriGrip mats, constructed using anti-static high-twist nylon yarn, effectively trap dirt and moisture. These products feature our PermaDye plus StainStopper technology, ensuring superior colorfastness and easy cleaning. The heavy 100 percent anti-static nylon face offers outstanding absorption and durability.

The tight, heat-set Ultra-Twist yarn construction resists packing and crushing, ensuring the mat retains its shape and performance over time. The dirt filters into the mat rather than remaining on top, maintaining a clean appearance.

The green-friendly SBR rubber backing contains 20 percent recycled rubber content and is available in both smooth and cleated types. The Lutrador primary polyester substrate creates a strong bond between the rubber and carpet, ensuring a durable and long-lasting product.

It is important to note that the SBR rubber backing is not recommended for use in areas exposed to grease or petroleum products. The pile is protected with a StainStopper coating, keeping the mat looking good for longer.

These mats are easy to clean, requiring only a simple vacuum or hose-off and hang-to-dry process. If needed, vacuum and extraction cleaning methods can be utilized.

The TriGrip mats are certified as slip-resistant by the National Floor Safety Institute, making them suitable for a variety of high-traffic areas such as malls, banks, hotels, offices, restaurants, and supermarkets.

The mats are composed of 2-ply continuous filament acid-dyed nylon type 6.6, with a 6 x 6 twist and a heat-set output. The pile height is 3/8 inches, the gauge is 5/32 inches, and the stitches per inch are 10. The construction is cut pile, with a 4 oz/sy non-woven polyester backing on 100 percent SBR rubber.

The backing thickness includes a 0.060-inch SBR rubber body and a 0.060-inch SBR rubber border. The mats have been tested and pass the Flammability Standard DOC-FF-1-70. The color is Cabot grey nylon, and the dimensions are 5 feet in length by 3 feet in width.
